Peak Window Cleaning, LLC is based out of Evergreen and has been serving the Foothills and Mountain communities since 1996. Peak Window Cleaning LLC is owner operated by the husband and wife team Rob & Valerie Simpson. We enjoy living and working in our beautiful mountain community.
We specialize in high quality residential and commercial window cleaning. We clean houses and businesses just like yours every day! We take pride in the work we do and we ensure that you will be happy with our attention to detail. Together we provide a professional and reliable window cleaning experience and we guarantee you will be satisfied.

Meet the Owners
Rob has been cleaning windows for over 30 years. He has experience with all forms of windows, including residential, commercial and even a bit of high rise window cleaning.
Valerie manages the business side of Peak but has also been cleaning windows for over 25 years. She splits her time between cleaning windows and handling all of the scheduling and office work. She holds a degree in marketing and has extensive management and business experience.
Meet Our Team of Window Cleaning Professionals
Nick is our Lead Window Cleaning Technician and has been with Peak for four years now. He is an excellent window cleaner, a master on the waterfed pole, and also an excellent golfer! Nick gets rave reviews from our customers and we very much appreciate his hard work and easy personality. Nick loves living in the mountains and spending time with his friends golfing, playing hockey, or just chilling with his dog, Marvel. We are very proud to have Nick on our team.
Mira is our Scheduler and Social Media Manager and handles all of our office and admin tasks. You have definitely had the pleasure of speaking to Mira if you have called our office. Mira has been with Peak for three years now and is loved by our customers for her professionalism and pleasant personality. She is very efficient and creates beautiful graphics for our social media. Mira is a newlywed who enjoys spending time with family and seeing new places. We are very proud to have Mira as part of our Peak family.

Fully Insured / Bonded / Safety Certified
We have never had a claim under any of our insurance policies - over 29 years claim free! We are fully insured and carry both worker’s comp and liability insurance to protect both you and us. We can provide a copy of insurance upon request.
We are also Cost Containment Certified with the State of Colorado to ensure the safety of our window cleaners. Safety is our highest concern and we have implemented training and written procedures for all of our employees to follow.
