Policies

When you schedule an appointment with Peak Window Cleaning, you will receive the best quality and service possible.
We are experienced and take pride in the work we do. We will arrive within a pre-designated timeframe on the day of your appointment.
We will professionally wash the inside and outside of all your windows, clean your screens and wipe the window sills.
We use drop cloths to cover furniture and other items that could get wet. We can also wear shoe covers indoors on request.

In preparation, we ask that you remove all knick-knacks, breakables, lamps, plants or other misc items away from the windows.
We will move light furniture, i.e. chairs, tables, etc, but please remove breakables from them in advance. If you cannot or do not remove these items, we will do so with care but are not responsible for any damage. A surcharge may apply for moving such items. Windows that are blocked or otherwise inaccessible, will be skipped.
Please clean up after your pet before our arrival. Stepping in poo is not cool!

If requested, we will notify you of pre-existing damage or the general condition of your windows. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or damage waiting to happen, i.e. poorly or unattached blinds that fall down. We have yet to clean a house without one or more windows that have broken seals, low-e failure, scratches, broken blinds, bent screens, or other damage. Broken windows will not be cleaned.
We will do our best to notify you of these conditions but since they are common and occur in every house, please understand we may not be able to notify you of each and every instance.

With over 300+ days of sunshine a year, weather is not usually a problem. But if bad weather does occur on the day of your scheduled appointment, we will contact you. If the temperature or high winds prevent us from safely doing the job, we will reschedule you for the first available date.

Cancellations without 24 hours notice will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. No-shows will be billed at the full rate.

Payment is due at the time of service. If you plan to leave before we finish or will not be home at all, please leave us a check.

We are proud of our work at every job and your satisfaction is important to us. At the end of the job, please check your windows and make sure you are fully satisfied with our work. We want you to be happy with our service and your satisfaction is guaranteed. Please contact us within 48 hours with any issues.
If you are not 100% satisfied with our work for any reason we will come back and make it right! Guaranteed*! We stand behind our work 100% and total customer satisfaction is our goal!

We have never had a claim under any of our insurance policies - over 24 years claim free! We are fully insured and carry both worker’s comp and liability insurance to protect both you and us. We can provide a copy of insurance upon request.
We are also Cost Containment Certified with the State of Colorado and OSHA 1910 certified to ensure the safety of our window cleaners. We are current on all OSHA safety and IWCA safety certifications and training. As of March 2020, there aren't any other window cleaners in our area who are safety certified except for Peak Window Cleaning. Safety is our highest concern and we have implemented training and written procedures for all of our employees to follow.

We are proud to be active members of these professional associations. Do associations matter? Yes, it means we are professionals and not cleaning windows because we can’t find anything better to do. We are keeping up with trends and information in our industry. We support businesses locally and we are an important part of the community. It means we spend time outside of cleaning windows learning more about our industry and trends in window cleaning and glass manufacturing.
